2. How long does it take to produce and mail my newsletter?

Once we have all information from the practice, it takes about one week to design and make changes, one week to print and one week to sort and mail. We print enough newsletters or postcards to mail to the entire mailing area over 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the practice’s mailing schedule.

3. Won’t having a call tracking number instead of our regular office number confuse our patients?

We have used call tracking numbers for years and have not found that they cause any confusion for existing patients. The call tracking number quickly and automatically transfers the call to the office’s main line. The main office number still functions as before; the call tracking number just provides more than one way for a caller to reach the office. The number will stay active as long as there are calls being made to that number, so you don’t have to worry about distributing a number that will only work for a limited time.

The benefits of a call tracking number are many. Each call is recorded, which is extremely beneficial in analyzing and improving patient conversion rates. Reports are also generated showing the number of calls, caller ID and time of call. This is the best way to calculate your return on investment and to ensure you have a system in place to answer calls during the peak call hours.

4. How does your Money Back Guarantee work?

We include call tracking on all mailings so we know exactly how many patients responded and what they scheduled for. Using your fee schedule we can calculate the income brought in by each mailing. Many practices are also able to track this in their dental software. If you do not bring in at least the amount you spent on your first mailing campaign, six weeks after the last mailing goes out, we will send you a check for the difference.

5. How does your Loyal Customer Discount work?

As long as you run a new campaign at least every three months you will receive a 10% discount on your campaign. We recommend sending a new mailing at least quarterly to stay in front of current and potential patients.
